Fluorescent-labeled polymers, carbazole-substituted methylcelluloses (Cz-MCs) were synthesized through a two-step reaction by firstly introducing epoxy group to carbazole, and then reacting with MC. Structure of Cz-MC was characterized by using FTIR, NMR, elemental analysis and UV–vis spectroscopy. Aggregation behavior of Cz-MCs in dilute aqueous solution was investigated by a thermotropic study performed with dynamic laser light scattering. Cz-MCs displayed concentration self-quenching properties of fluorescence spectra both in H2O and DMSO. The temperature effect on the fluorescent emission in dilute aqueous solution was explored. The results showed that the degree of substitution of carbazole and thermal aggregation of Cz-MC contributed to the formation of network structure between the molecules, consequently leading to the enhancement or quenching in fluorescence intensity. 相似文献

Polydopamine (coded as PDA) is reported to be very adhesive and reactive due to the attached functional groups, such as amine and hydroxyl groups. In this work, taking advantage of the condensation between Si–OH of the hydroxylated alkyltrichlorosilane (ATS) and C–OH on PDA surface, ATS molecules with different chain carbon number of 10, 14 and 18 were grafted onto the 3‐aminopropyl triethoxysilane (APTES)‐PDA dual‐layer film, which was composed of PDA outerlayer and APTES underlayer, on Si substrate. Thus, hydrophobic trilayer films coded as APTES‐PDA‐ATS were prepared successfully. In order to reveal the dependence of the tribological behaviors upon the microstructures of the film, tribological experiments were conducted on an atomic force microscope and a ball‐on‐plate tribometer. Experimental results showed that the (micro‐) friction reducing (characterized by a parameter of relative friction coefficient or friction coefficient, RFC or FC) and macro‐wear resisting (characterized by anti‐wear life) behaviors were related with the chain length of outerlayer and the PDA thickness. Specifically, on one hand, as the chain length increases, RFC/FC decreased and macro anti‐wear life lengthened; on the other hand, as PDA gets thicker, RFC increased and the anti‐wear life enhanced. A modular internal micro-electrolysis Fenton reactor (MIME-Fenton) was specifically designed in order to facilitate the performance of internal micro-electrolysis (IME) technology in the treatment of mature landfill leachate. Excellent COD removal efficiency of 90.9 % by the new reactor of mature landfill leachate was observed in bench-scale treatment, which is 193–399, 415–551, and 226–457 % higher than that of conventional treatments of electrolysis, coagulation–sedimentation, and Fenton, respectively. The innovative concept behind the excellent performance is the novel two-step treatment, similar to the anaerobic–aerobic activated sludge method. It is based on a combination effect of reductive IME and oxidative IME with aeration processes and the integration of electro-aggregation and electro-coagulation. Initial pH and air flow rate were optimized, and the effect of auxiliary in situ regeneration of ferrous iron and generation of H2O2 was further investigated. The reactor was also particularly efficient in removal of color and HA, and in improvement of the BOD5/COD ratio. All these results show that the MIME-Fenton reactor, a new approach of IME, is promising for mature landfill leachate treatment because it is efficient and easy to operate. 相似文献

目的 通过分析高龄老年(≥80岁)男性腰椎骨密度(LBMD)的独立相关因素,寻找提高高龄老年男性LBMD 的方法。方法 对1066例高龄老年男性进行LBMD测定、血液生化、骨代谢和生殖激素等指标的检测,运用多元回归分析筛选高龄老年男性LBMD 的独立相关因素。结果 高龄老年男性LBMD的独立相关因素有体重指数(β=0.018,P<0.01)、I型胶原羧基端肽β特殊序列(β=-0.226,P<0.01)、慢性阻塞性肺疾病(β=-0.047,P<0.01)、雌二醇(β=0.002,P<0.01)。结论 维持合理的体重指数和雌二醇水平,降低血清I型胶原羧基端肽β特殊序列水平,积极防治慢性阻塞性肺疾病,可能是提高高龄老年男性LBMD的重要方法。 相似文献

Microfluidic chip electrophoresis has been widely employed for separation of various biochemical species owing to its advantages of low sample consumption, low cost, fast analysis, high throughput, and integration capability. In this article, we reviewed the development of four different modes of microfluidics‐based electrophoresis technologies including capillary electrophoresis, gel electrophoresis, dielectrophoresis, and field (electric) flow fractionation. Coupling detection schemes on microfluidic electrophoresis platform were also reviewed such as optical, electrochemical, and mass spectrometry method. We further discussed the innovative applications of microfluidic electrophoresis for biomacromolecules (nucleic acids and proteins), biochemical small molecules (amino acids, metabolites, ions, etc.), and bioparticles (cells and pathogens) analysis. SNPs, combined with massively parallel sequencing technology, have proven applicability in noninvasive prenatal paternity testing (NIPPT) for singleton pregnancies in our previous research, using circulating cell-free DNA in maternal plasma. However, the feasibility of NIPPT in twin pregnancies has remained uncertain. As a pilot study, we developed a practical method to noninvasively determine the paternity of twin pregnancies by maternal plasma DNA sequencing based on a massively parallel sequencing platform. Blood samples were collected from 15 pregnant women (twin pregnancies at 9–18 weeks of gestation). Parental DNA and maternal plasma cell-free DNA were analyzed with custom-designed probes covering 5226 polymorphic SNP loci. A mathematical model for data interpretation was established, including the zygosity determination and paternity index calculations. Each plasma sample was independently tested against the alleged father and 90 unrelated males. As a result, the zygosity in each twin case was correctly determined, prior to paternity analysis. Further, the correct biological father was successfully identified, and the paternity of all 90 unrelated males was excluded in each case. Our study demonstrates that NIPPT can be performed for twin pregnancies. This finding may contribute to development in NIPPT and diagnosis of certain genetic diseases. 相似文献

Optical multiplexing based on luminescent materials with tunable color/lifetime has potential applications in information storage and security. However, the available tunable luminescent materials reported so far still suffer from several drawbacks of low efficiency or poor stability, thus restraining their further applications. Herein, we demonstrate a strategy to develop efficient and stable lanthanide coordination polymers (LCPs) with tunable luminescence as a new option for optical multiplexing. Their multicolor emission from green to red and naked-eye-sensitive green emission with tunable lifetime (from ca. 300 to ca. 600 μs) can be controlled by host differential sensitization and energy transfer between lanthanide ions. The quantum efficiencies of developed samples range from around 20 % to 46 % and the luminescence intensity/lifetime appear quite stable in polar solvents up to ten weeks. Furthermore, with the aid of inkjet printing and concepts of luminescence lifetime imaging and time-gated imaging, we illustrate their promising applications of information storage and security in spatial and temporal domains. 相似文献
